B4U Buy offers complete computer generated reports with colour photos within 12 hours of completing the inspection. (Most often, the report is ready within 3 - 6 hours).
We do not use a typical checklist format. We prefer to use narratives and include many photographs and detailed descriptions of the property. Also included are many tips and recommendations you might find helpful.
